"Horrible experience...Took a remanufactured engine in to have it installed. Warranty would be void unless a licensed mechanic installed it. Let's go down the list of what is wrong: hood doesn't open/close correctly, they used green antifreeze in my dexacool system ( he used that because dexacool corrodes... who needs factory specs anyway) , oil dipstick tube broken, the bracket on dipstick tube removed and welded to try and relocate dipstick tube... I lost 3 quarts of oil otw home with my new 6,000.00 engine because they didn't want to replace a 21.00 dipstick tube they broke. Check engine light is on, along with stabilitrak light and traction control needs service lights. They claim" it was like that when they got it." I took a picture of the mileage when I dropped the vehicle off and not a single light on the dashboard. Now I'm out 2600.00 for an engine install that I have to go behind "the mechanic" to do. My poor truck was running great until I let them touch it. They want me to bring it back, but I refuse to let them do anything worse than they already have. I'm filling a claim with the B.B.B tomorrow and I'll let them and my attorney sort it out."

"I am very selective when it comes to mechanics. This is my go to shop. The owner is extremely honest and fair. They do a great job turning out quality work at a great price and in a reasonable time."
