"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You know when you find a family-owned business that actually cares about you as a customer just as much or more than their own interests? This is that place! I knew after talking 15 minutes over the phone that this was where I needed to purchase from. I'm from Charleston SC and without going into too many details, I had a deal pretty much locked in with my local dealership. That dealership had been extremely pushy the night of the deal, taken a down payment, and the next day they pulled the ole switcheroo on my price and financing. So, I started immediately looking around. Couch Family RV was $4K less on the '23 model I was looking at, and $14K less on the '24 model. I wasn't even considering the '24 based on the price in Charleston but ended up going with it! These guys are straight shooters and even offered to help me install my fifth wheel hitch on the spot. I can't explain in words how awesome Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. were to deal with. Rick Jr. went over all the bells and whistles of the rig, and the time Rick Sr. spent with me after the sale going over hitch hook up, towing, auto-leveling, safety, etc. was genuinely priceless. I've had a pull behind before, but this was a different animal, and I literally learned a lot in that hour spent. I knew they closed at 5PM, but we stayed until probably 6:30PM and not once did they ever act like they needed to shut down. My father even commented about how top-notch they are and how he's never witnessed a deal go so smoothly. I currently have two neighbors shopping for campers and I would gladly ride the 5 hours with them back to Couch Family RV to recommend the business."

"This is my second RV that I have purchased from Rick. We drove almost two hours on three separate occasions because we analyze everything about the RV's. One night, they even stayed after closing hours just to help us out. Cole spent most of a morning with us showing us so many RV's and broadening our ideas of what we might consider.
