"I’d give it zero if I could. Ask all the questions before you finalize the sale! They don’t refund and don’t exchange but they won’t say that until they’ve already taken your money. Sales rep was nice but overall just eager to make a sale. We purchased a bed, box spring and metal frame. We were not informed all sales are final nor is it posted around their store anywhere. When we got our mattress it was compressed and rolled up (I’ve never had a mattress with springs be delivered like that to me in the past) we gave it time to settle and the springs feel warped and the mattress feels like a concrete pad, nothing like when we went in. I called and spoke to Anne who told me Florida state law doesn’t allow them to refund because they can’t sell the furniture. I went back in to lay on the mattress and see if maybe that’s how it feels and I was just having an off day. Nope the mattress on the floor feels great. I asked if they have a policy that stated the refund/ exchange Mark said no. He was rude and kept trying to brush me off. I asked him if they know how long the mattress on the floor had been out (I was trying to gauge a timeframe to break the bed in so it could be comfy) he said no. I asked if they know when they rotate or cycle out mattresses he said he doesn’t keep record of when they put things out on the floor. There’s a portion on the receipt explaining the no refund however there’s a “sign here if you understand” which we did not sign because no one informed us of this before completing the transaction, so I get to learn about it after it’s too late. Will also report this business."
