"Showed up 1.5 hours after saying they were just getting the truck and would be headed our way. The driver “hooked” around my front drive shaft versus the frame. Luckily I caught it and had him move it. He didn’t have the right chain fastener for the cable, so he placed a k it in the chain. Thankful I was towed, but would hesitate about using again for my tow needs."
