"I love going through them because they work with your budget and the people I have had to deal with were great to me especially the person in charge was Jessica Gates! She was very informative and was able to explain everything the way I needed it! She was able to handle me and a couple of others shopping in the store without leaving me sitting and waiting it was a great experience. Jessica even got me so interested in a tv that I purchased that and the couch set which her and another employee delivered 2 days later! Awesome service! I will for sure be back for more. "I’ order something two week ago. And just found out that the head board was broken and then ask for refund was told by someone at the store I need to take that problem up with someone online. They have not done one thing to make this right but call me wanting money from every week for a couch I bought and it was supposed to be set up monthly but they set it up weekly so I get not stop cslls wanting payments while working through out the day. After this situation is taken care of if ut gets taken care of. I’ll never use this company and I will go to social media and let people k is his my experience was and how this problem wasn’t taken care of."
"I’ve been approved for years and got more than one product. A few weeks ago, myself and a RAC employee agreed on a couch set I had my eye on. I paid the $35, and was waiting for delivery. She called me and said they were needing at least one more driver to make my delivery. I told her I had no problem waiting. Then, out of nowhere, she refunded my money, and when I just started to get a new set of couches, I was told that I was not approved? And that I could reapply in 90 days. I have no clue what any of this is about and it shows that Rent A Center has terrible character"
