"Wow, these people are unbelievable! Today, Hunter's furniture was top notch (as per usual). I noticed the couch in this rental was broken; therefore, I immediately notified the owner. He contacted HUNTERS, and they delivered a brand new sofa to this property within 3 hours of getting the call.. Unfortunately, there was a mishap with the existing lamps during delivery of the couch... HOWEVER, they made up for it by replacing not only one but two lamps (so they would match)... This means they drove 20+ miles away twice to deliver and stage the rental house before the guest arrived (with 30 minutes to spare). Wow! If this isn't customer service, I don't know what is! Way to go, team!"
