"This review is not in any way towards any of the staff rather than the older fat man who i think must be a manager or something. The staff here is wonderful the older man however is rude as can be. I am having a high risk pregnancy and have been in out of the hospital and swamped with medical bills they put me on bed rest so my husband has been taking care of medical bills alongside our payment these last few months its been rough weve had 3 deaths in my family in the last two months but we have still paid our bills even when we get behind we went in on 10/13/23 to pay the man started telling my husband we couldn’t pay this and couldn’t afford it and that when he had a half payment and it was all we could afford this week but we literally always make sure by the next payment we are paid off this man is highly rude and on a power trip we are planning on reporting him to corporate as soon as we get his name again the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and have continued to work with us on everything so no hate to them❤️ The rest of the staff are the only reason my husband did not send back the items today after that disrespectful troll was rude The rude troll man however is very disrespectful and rude and needs to be fired for the way he talks to his customers and lacks any compassion or patience a decent human being would have and lacks customer service skills and a heart"

"Man, these guys were awesome. From the second I walked into the store, I felt welcome. They were all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their product. It took me all of about 3 minutes to fill out the stuff on the computer that got me approved for the appliances I was in desperate need of. The whole process was simple. A lot of people kept telling me to just buy new ones, but when you don't have mo ey like that, you pay for convenience, and this was most definitely that. It's worth it, too. I have a low weekly payment, which is worth it to me. If I ever move, they move it for me. How awesome is that. Anyway, I would recommend this place for anyone. These guys were great. It's rare that I have this good of a review for anyone, but this place deserves it. Well done, guys. Well done, Indeed."

"If I could give 0 stars i would. this place is crooked and don’t deserve anybody business they brought bed bugs into my home and continued to lie about it and i have a few friends that this happened to as well. this company is awful and disgusting. they try and steal more money from you than they should try and make you pay extra payments on your furniture. Never would i ever recommended this place to anybody. They yell at you on the phone and are very rude people."

"Had a great experience. Needed a new washer and dryer and didn't have the money to run out and purchase one. Aaron's was there. As long as you pay it off as soon as you can and not make the payments for the whole two years, it's a pretty good deal. Nice merchandise and helpful employees."

"I really enjoy dealing with the employees at Aaron’s in Foley. They’ve always been so nice and helpful, never rude. I was furloughed in May so needed to postpone payment and the lady was super super sweet I wish I remembered names. Today an extra payment came out and when I called they were really nice and refunded me right away no issues at all. Wonderful people. I’ve been dealing with them for a year or more and will for years to come."
