"I just did my daughter’s 7th birthday in Claire’s in Dadeland mall! They were absolutely amazing!! My daughter and all their friends had their dream morning shopping, getting their hair, nails and makeup done. Merellyn the store manager was the best! She was helpful, attentive and made sure everything ran smooth!!! I will definitely be doing my older daughter’s 9th birthday there. So so happy!!!"

"do not buy anything from this store its all false advertising, i bought some earrings that were supposed to be sterling silver..... and 1 week later they are all turning completly black"

"When I first arrived the young lady at the front was very busy and there seemed to be no help. Then Marellen appears! What an amazing girl. Professional and extremely polished. Exactly who you want piercing your daughters ears. Thank you for the great experience."

"Extremely disappointed with the attendant She didn’t open the store on the right time and still was very rude with me when I called the store asking about the opening time. She was extremely rude with me over the phone and hang up on me. After that, when I entered in the store past the time she supposed to open the doors, she was still rude and didn’t even apologized when I tried to talk to her. I asked for the mana and she said she was the manager( which is a lie) she’s a cashier. What a awful experience. So many people needing a job and people like these still taking it for granted. This store was at Dadeland Mall. On February 22nd at 11:05 am 2022."

"Horrible experience....We was disgusted with the way we were treated. Me, My mother, her husband and their two daughters ages 8 and 9 came in there to get the 8 yrs old ears pierced. My moms husband not knowing that there had to be a paper filled stood by waiting on the lady piecing someone else’s ears (approximately 6ft away facing them) . He was was waiting for a good 20 min while me and my mother looked around to purchase if found something we liked(and did). After I bought what I liked I went back next to my mother which now at this point she was standing next to her husband with both of my younger sisters still waiting. The lady finally finished and went by the register( brunette with green hair). The other lady that was at the register the whole time comes to us and tells us that we had to move from line because there was about 4 young girls next. My moms husband told her that he had been waiting there in line for a while and that he was next. She gives him a form and tell him to fill it first which it’s understandable. He takes the form fills it and go back to the register. He asked the lady with the green hair....did u not see me the whole time standing there waiting online technically next to u??? She claims she never saw him mind you the chair is in a corner by the entrance not in the middle of the store where everyone is just walking by HE WAS STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HER and the client she was taking care of at the time! The other lady that was at the register took the form back and just had us wait. Now we wait for about 5 min and security walk in and approaches her. The exchange some words and walk our way. The security tell us we have to leave because the brunette lady at the register felt threatened. When u feel threatened means u feel also in some type of danger... In no way or for we threatened her, we are there with two kids, Im 7 months pregnant and we came n there to get my little sister ears pierced. This was very unprofessional from the lady doing the piercing because how are u not aware of your surroundings and what’s going on in the store specially right next to u to the other lady calling security for absolutely no reason to put us out with the children because u feel “threatened “. So just because you don’t like someone for absolutely no reason you can mistreat and discriminate clients?? I will be calling corporate and I will be putting a complaint because this should not be happening or acceptable at all!!"
