"I bought a pair of seat covers for my car. I took them out of the box. I realized there were the wrong ones I came back five minutes later. Manager the same person check me out, would not return them. You’re better off dealing with Amazon. Takes longer, but their customer service is a lot better."
"I walked into this Autozone store 12441 Miramar Parkway this afternoon with the greatest disappointment. We had three associates two helping customers and the other which l am told is a manager who had a disgusting attitude, unhelpful, rude with no customer skills at all. I had driven to this store specifically as two other Autozone stores l previously visited recommended that l should as they stated that 12441had the part l was looking for based on what is showing on the computer. The associate who was helping couldn't find the part at all after looking elsewhere. I asked the manager if he could order the part for me as the previous store gave me the part number. He was extremely rude and again unhelpful stating that he couldn't order the part. I left the store and will go to Bennett Auto Supply moving forward. How can Autozone hire someone like this and place him as the manager of your store."
