I took them a pretty complicated piece of jewelry to repair and they did everything and explored all possibilities until they found the best way for the repair. I was beyond happy. They also have the best variety of chains. I ended up buying one for me and one for my daughter. They also have the very best prices. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. "I must say that the two guys that work there are quite attentive. I visited the store twice and the second time I encountered a problem or better said a "scam". The first day my girlfriend acquired a jewelry (chain) for certain price and the second day we came back for something else but ended up trying the same exact jewelry (chain) and we asked for the price it was 20 dollars more expensive. Short story, we told him he was trying to steal from us because it was the exact same item. He gave some dumb excuses, but we sowed him even compared on the table that the chains were identical. My girlfriend told him she couldn't believe he had done that to her after all the gold she had bought from them before. Anyway, this review is so that others be aware that they could be played here or better said scammed here."
