"I bought 2 shirts today for BOGO 50% off. Atmosphere was great until i checked out with TYLER. I politely declined to donate, he then said “DO YOU AT LEAST want to round up?” Like dude i literally said NO. I looked at him and felt pressured to say “sure fine”. Anyways i got over it. Found a better T shirt from another store so i went to return and he was very rude about it. It seemed like it was such an inconvenience for him. Saying “ugh i would need to do a full return and then re-ring it” I said “ok that’s fine no problem”. He rudely said “okay well then i need the other shirt” and then “I need the card you’re gonna use” very very passive aggressive. All i want to say is to TYLER is to work on your people skills, it doesn’t hurt to be respectful. I’ve never had this problem at this store before. Not looking forward to being there if Tyler is working."

"Today, an adult toy THAT I ALREADY HAVE was opened from the top, it fell off the display rod and into my hand when I was reaching for the one next to it. I tried closing it back up. When I tried to an employee came over and snatched it right away like I was trying to take it out and steal it even though I specifically said what happened and that I was fixing it, he then said that it opens at the front to view the product. Instead of following your customers around every time they come in, you should fix the product packaging when it’s noticed. Every time I come in to shop at this mall location I’m constantly watched and made to feel uncomfortable and followed around. Get better employees. This stuff doesn’t happen at Planet X where I’ll be going instead from now on."

"The products were great but the workers were rude, I came with my girlfriend to get her a shirt since we were on a date and the entire time we were in the store one of the staff followed us around closely and would take anything I picked up out of my hands the second I had it, we both tried to ignore her and make some distance but every time we did she’d get closer, my girlfriend started getting really uncomfortable so I tried cheering her up but the second I did the staff told both of us she wanted us out of the store, I tried asking her why and what her issue was but she walked uncomfortably close behind us all the way to the exit. She was incredibly disrespectful and rude to not just me but my girlfriend when we’re causing no issues and just trying to enjoy our time together."

"I've always given Spencer's a 4 Star or lower , mainly becuase of the Space , they need more , I'm a little guy and alot of spots are tight , other wise , the staff as usual was freaking Awesome , products were many and pleasing , keep up the good job , just get bigger spots"

"Just not like it used to be. More anime than music groups and way too crowded. Prices seem higher than normal but you can find a wide variety of Disney pins here."
