"Beware of your surroundings at all times when visiting the store. The parking is underground and the neighborhood feels very questionable in terms of safety. The store is a smaller footprint Publix. They were definitely shortstaffed during my recent visit."

"I’m not one to write reviews but I feel like I had to. This was my go to Publix because it’s the nearest to my house but today you guys lost a customer I went through the 10 items or less lane and I legit only had like three more items and mind you these items were small and the cashier that i had d was super rude. She started cursing at me saying that I don’t know how to read , that I act like I can’t speak English, and I was very offended because I’m not one to argue and my daughter was with me so i was not going to do a big show . custom services shouldn’t be like this the least you can do is be compassionable with your customers. i hope you guys do something about it honestly. my receipt says the cashiers name is Yvonne"
"This is my local Publix, but due to more people moving into Brickell and around little Havana, it can get really packed during specific times during the day. Luckily there is a garage option on the opposite side of the entrance with extra parking. Locals just like to be able to park in front closer to the entrance ofcourse, so that can be a bit frustrating when the parking lot is full and tight to get through with other vars waiting for spaces to open up. Other than that, the staff is super helpful and attentive. I've been going there for 4+ years and go hack because of convenience close to my house and the staff."
"Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. I still haven’t ran into a publix where customer service is faulty. Everyone is always so nice, they greet you, they treat you with respect and professionalism. It really is a pleasure to shop at publix. Everything is always so organized and especially fresh."
