"Went into this location on April 6th at 9:30pm, the lady at the cash register was so rude, slamming things around, hitting the lottery machine because she could not figure out how to use it, if this is a corporate owned store you should know that having a cashier with such a horrible attitude will drive your customers across the street which is exactly what we did, for reference she was a heavy set lady with a horrible attitude, we nor our family members will go here for gas, food or anything else because of this nasty rude lady! Tom Thumb can do much better, there are so many qualified people with much better attitudes to work, why have such a negative person?"
"I Was There This Morning 3/26/20019, I Purchased A Half Of Sub minu, with a Fountain Drank. So I Mixed it With Slush, OK I Was Wrong. The Lady said don't Do That after I Done it, I Told her if it a Problem I Will pay For it. The Lady kelp Going on and on .Telling everyone. Then She said that I Better not do it no more. Really over A Small Cup of Slush mix with Juice. Money don't Hold No Value .Then Following The worker's. OK Lol Race Track, 7 Eleven, I Can Mix it Twist it, A BIG Gubb. And Pizza Two Dollars and Fifth cents. I payed 8 dollars And Some Change. I won't stop there Again."
"I have only seen a few times in my entire life management not completely drag a business down. Tom thumb corporate offices need to replace all management before this store gets you in a lawsuit. Let's just say your manager and district manager do not like there jobs it's very clear they need replaced."
"I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Gal at the register is very rude. As another individual and I are waiting for my daughter to use the restroom and I am getting sodas she loudly and rudely asks "you got a problem?" I respond with im just waiting for my daughter, she is in the restroom. Then she yells loudly at myself and another person in the store saying we are staring at her. Then continues to argue with us and says to leave the store. I left my sodas on the shelf and walked out. Horrible. I do not know how people like her get employed in a postition that requires some form of customer service."
