"Very clean outside"
"There was an offer for flounder fillets and they turned out to be bad. I Purchased 4 packs because of the price and when I tried to defrost and make them they were bad. I threw away the package and tried again, also bad. I finally returned to Winn Dixie to get a credit or exchange. They informed me that since I didn’t have my receipt from a month prior that they wouldn’t refund me or credit anything. The girl at the desk sympathized but the lady manager was nasty. She was Rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even attempt to understand. Who keeps grocery receipts for several weeks? The worst part is that this store is 2 blocks from my house. I’m not forced to drive 2 miles to do groceries because I refuse to give them any more money and this nasty manager lady my business."
"The people who work the Deli are horrible!! When you tell them you want your products cut SHAVED or very thin.. Then cut anyway they want. That is totally unacceptable. I ordered through Uber Eats and they mess up my order every time.. I will never shop at your store again! Teach your employees how to slice cold cuts!"
"I have been a customer of this Winn Dixie since 1983. Lately, the customer services sucks!!!!! They overcharged me on three items, but refuse to refund me because I did not have the item with me. Needless to say the receipt showed the unit price and weight of the item. Either they have no math skills or simple their computer system is a scam, God knows how many people are victims or their bad accounting. Also, the Manager was rude, she shoved me off like I was a crazy. Very unprofessional. Manager's do have the authority to override mistakes like these. Bad, Bad, Bad"
