"So rude! I was unaware a mask was required as there were no signs, and as I walked up to the register with a handful of items, the associate snarled and snapped at me about having a mask. I understand requiring a mask, but her attitude was completely unacceptable. I was not greeted either, as the associate was preoccupied. To think you lost a $50+ sale over an attitude!"

"Horrible experience I came in to shop and the associate who is tall skinny with black long straight hair wearing an off the shoulder floral shirt was so rude! She was on a personal call the whole time I was in the store! When I went to pay for my items she was still on a personal call and she was not paying attention at all my card went through on the card terminal but on her end it said it went through for the amount 0$ I explained to her that on the terminal it said approved thank you and instead of trying to help she automatically gave me an attitude like it was my fault so I showed her my bank account and it showed the amount it was charged meanwhile she was still on her personal call instead of her helping me she gave me the worst attitude and had me call the 1800claires number to have them fix it. You should definitely not have associates treat customers like that or be on your work phone taking personal calls especially when I was being really nice. I suggest you talk to her about how to talk to customers and how it’s not okay to give people an attitude because they expect you to do your job correctly and not be distracted on the phone."

"I went in with my daughter to have her ears pierced. The lady walked us to the earring selection section for us to pick from. As we start browsing the lady within seconds got very impatient with us and asked the customer behind us to step forward to assist them. In other words we were not important customers. Needless to say you will never get any business out of us in the future ever. Customer service was horrible and very unprofessional."

"Great experience at icing store to get my 6yr old daughter’s ears piercing done. I was able to have Triniti and another associate do both of my daughter’s ears at the same time. Triniti was nice, professional, and cautiously sanitary to do the piercing. So happy I brought her here and I love how they actually have 14kt earrings to choose from. My daughter chose the white gold diamond flowers, it’s the right size and the right amount of sparkle."

"Terrible experience! Purchased some earing last week. Wanted to return them since they were very flimsy. They tell me they are final sale. When I purchased them no one said anything about being final sale. The manager is arguing that I must have been told. I never purchased anything that I can't return. I will never purchase in there again."
