Peaceful Ridge Dog Park

"I felt a need to edit this review. This park is going downhill since the first time I visited. The grass is not being cut as palm branches everywhere. The grass is so long you cannot even clean up after dog. Several large holes that are a safety hazard. because of the length of the grass. Over 2 ft long in some places. They're not even within their own cities code. It is no surprise to me the last two times I went there was no one there! Someone told me they saw a big snake they told the park ranger and he did nothing. He clearly doesn't want anybody using the park. Must be his responsibility to keep it up What a shame. If I could give it zero Stars I would."

"I was there for couple of minutes and decided to leave. The grass was high and the park was dirty. I like the ruins but not good for dogs"

"My daughter loves this park, because she can bring one of her dogs that plays better without other dogs around, but today when she took her two dogs they had finally finally mowed grass was a foot tall and she encountered a SNAKE! The park is NOT well maintained. It had been weeks, before it had been mowed so I was not surprised that she saw the snake. I called the Park Ranger to report it, but after 2 hrs called back and snake still NOT removed!!! I even sent a picture. I am a Pediatric nurse and know that some kids come here. The park Ranger was not helpful and acted like there was nothing that needed to be done with this matter, which is very upsetting. Beware of snakes in this place!!!!! Why can't they just do their job and keep this a good place to take your dogs and kids? I just don't understand! What is the point of having the park open, if it's not going to be well maintained with grass kept short!!!"

"There's an area for smaller dogs and larger dogs, each with several 'obstacles' for the dogs to use. Decent size. Bathrooms on site. Sometimes it gets a little unkempt, but lately it's been well maintained. There are dog waste bags and a dog water fountain inside the gates. There are also picnic tables inside the dog park, and just outside of it under a pavilion."

"Disappointed with this dog park after seeing the pictures and reviews. It is not well maintained. The grass in the dog area was overgrown with weeds. No shade in the small dog area. Decided to walk to the pergola. The path has palm tree branches all over the floor, over growing with weeds as well, and no one mentions the huge piles of construction debris. Did not stayed long as I was concerned that they had not fumigated for ticks or bugs. Will not be coming back."
