"We are a local non-profit that hired Building Stars in May of 2023 and we have had nothing but trouble since the beginning. We are on our 3rd cleaning person and the first week was great but then the second week he missed offices and the 3rd week, well that never happened because he did not show up. This is the 3rd maybe 4th time that nobody showed up! I attempted to fire them 4 weeks ago and they asked for a 30 day make it right plan and here we are in the same boat as we were before this 30 days! They are not quick to respond to issues. Be prepared to remove your own trash and clean your own toilets if you hire Building Stars!"

"We have been using this company to clean our office for a couple years. They never really did what they were contracted to do. Been through several cleaning crew changes and it seems as if the next crew is worse than the last crew. If you are looking for a cleaning service that does what they are supposed to do when they are supposed to do it, then you need to look else where. This company is horrible and the management does not care about anything but collecting money for an inadequate job."
