"I cannot say enough about Rapture Air. First of all and more important they are responsive to their customers needs. For example I called last night when our air went out and a technician called back within 10 minutes. He walked me through a few things to do to troubleshoot and avoid a service call. Sadly they did not work but I was impressed that this company has its employees try to save customers money instead of taking it. This morning at 730, a half hour before the office opened for the day, Sonia called to schedule my appointment. AJ, the technician, was there by 930 and the problem was fixed by 10. While he was there, I had him do the yearly maintenance and I have rarely seen such devotion to a job. He really takes great pride in doing the best he can and was so cheerful and great to talk to. And the price, very, very reasonable. I cannot say enough except Thank You"
