"I was advised there was $65 dollar charge to provide an estimate for a hot water heater and 5 shut off valves. The technician took a bunch of pictures and a video and told me was stepping out to his truck to consult his manager. He returned and told me his manager said I needed to create an access hole by removing sheet rock and load bearing wall studs and they then provide the estimate. I paid him as requested. Another plumber came for an estimate for the same work. I told him I would get an access panel installed as Prime said I needed. He told me that wouldn’t help because of the location of the electric and water feeding the heater. He quickly ascertained it would be best to slide the oven out and remove 1 cabinet for access which is minimal effort. He provided the estimate on the spot at no charge. Another plumber came for a 3rd estimate and confirmed the only way to perform the work was sliding out the oven and removing a cabinet. He also gave me an estimate at no charge. It seems that Prime Plumbing estimator didn’t have the requisite knowledge and skill to provide an estimate….he was a nice guy. What a waste of my time and money! I should have known better but you just don’t know what you don’t know….until a professional competent plumber shows up. I’m glad I didn’t touch the wall to start on the unnecessary access hole!"

Was very comfortable with the installers Brandon and Michael they went above and beyond and I was comfortable having them on my property. Ben the supervisor was good with the communication on where everything was as far as permits and scheduling to get my septic field in and working. This is a rare review don't normally give but felt I needed to. Would use them again if needed!"

"This has to be the most efficient company!! I called late in the day with three issues, not expecting anything to be done same day except scheduling for the future. They were quick to come to my rescue!! I was reassured by Frank that he would dispatch the teams to complete the work today. Tracy and his partner ( I apologize for not remembering his name), we’re the first to arrive. They were very nice and polite, explained the process, and cost and were quick to solve my septic problem. Next, Zach showed up as Tracy was leaving. It was nice to see what a great rapport they all had. I explained my issues, Zach, listened intently, then recommended several things, cost involved and time. Due to my work schedule Zach went above and beyond to have parts delivered so that the work could be completed today!!! He explained how to maintain my new water heater and pump filter and also put the information in my receipt. Well, Merry Christmas to me!!! This has been the best experience ever!! I give them a 5/5 Stars ⭐️ and would highly recommend them. I can assure you, I will be using them again!! Thank you so much Guys!!!"
