"We are relatively new to Gainesville and when we had a leak, our plumber recommended Dreyer's. Everyone we dealt with, from Miles (who first came to assess the situation), to Ryan, Justin and Gabe (who set up and then broke down the de-humidifiers) to Wayne, (who came by to have a final document signed), was wonderful, kind, caring and super professional. They helped to move items out of our kitchen cupboards and made the whole process much easier. We are very impressed with the whole team."

"I wish I could give 0 star for bad business practices. A guy from this company came to my house even before I was on the phone with my insurance company. I told him many times I was not sure about their services since I didn’t know what would be covered by my insurance. As a customer, I had the right to know how much the service would cost me and he didn’t tell me. I questioned him why he needs my claim number since I was not sure yet. He stated that would be just to verify if my insurance would cover it but not with no commitment. I was naive enough to trust him and I was overwhelmed with everything happening at the same time. Next thing he sent two more guys with machines and set them in my kitchen. When I realized I was being looted I called them to come pick them up immediately. The guy told me not to worry and I was not going to be charged and they would take them the next morning. I took their equipment outside and the manager called me trying to convincing me to go with their services and I was not comfortable with their work. Guess what?! I received a bill the next day from them charging me $540 and the mitigation was not finished since machines were turned off on the same day. My home insurance decide to go with their services anyway since they had started it and my insurance would pay them. Next mistake, I was gone for the weekend and one guy from the company called me to say that they were on their way and I thought they were going to pickup up their equipment and next thing happened. My roommate called me desperate asking me what happened to the kitchen and sent photos. I was in shock finding out that my cabinets, flooring and sink were removed and no one from the company explained what was the whole plan. I have three roommates and if I knew they were going to make my kitchen not functional I would never have allowed them to come into my home and I would have done the mitigation on my own terms. The fact that they took liberty to do all of that without my acknowledgment was so unprofessional. I called the company multiple times and the manager never called me back. “He was picking up his kid at school.” I was speechless how shady they were trying to get my money from their customers. Be aware how they can be tricky to force you to go with their work."

"We came home from a five week trip to discover a burst pipe that flooded our home. There was water in 6 rooms and soaked rugs, and mold on the walls! It was Christmas Eve. This company came out on a holiday to mop floors, haul out 5 large area rugs, and set up dehumidifiers and air purifiers. We were so grateful that they came on a holiday! They continued to check on the machines over the next ten days and were trying to work with the insurance company. This company did their job, even though the insurance company has still not settled with us. We worked with Kyle who kept us informed and tried to push the insurance company to make a decision. We are still trying to sort out insurance so the mold and damage can be removed by this company. This has been a very upsetting time for us. Every employee of this company has been polite, professional, and informative. We will continue to work with them to get our home repaired and mold free."
