"Charlotte and her crew at Cleaning Genie are fantastic! She really saved me when I first moved back to the area. We had renters in our home and with a short turnaround time to get my family moved back in, I contacted Charlotte to see if she could help. She was able to fit us in last minute and her crew did a great job! It was a vast improvement and I have nothing but great things to say about Cleaning Genie and Charlotte's willingness to help us with little notice. I highly recommend Cleaning Genie!"

"I was a loyal cleanings genie customer for over two years. I had weekly cleaning performed by a team of three, which was reduced over time to two people (this was done gradually but I did not see any reduction in price or increase in time, nor was I informed this would happen). During the period I utilized the service, the quality of the service declined significantly and Charlotte raised the rates multiple times while cutting the amount of time the cleaners could clean in my apartment. Over time I was paying more and my apartment cleaning became bare bones - just bathrooms, kitchen, floors. The service was almost never on time, the attention to detail suffered, and the workers often came in saying they had less time to clean this week for a variety of excuses, all coming from Charlotte. I am not one to give out bad reviews (this is my first) and I never leave an invoice unpaid, however after a particularly bad cleaning service (even kitchen was not done, surfaces were not cleaned or tidied, the place did not look like a cleaning service had been through) I told Charlotte I would not pay for that session because it was unacceptable. Charlotte responded by reducing the invoice by only 10%. I have since contacted her multiple times to adjust her invoice to no avail. I subsequently canceled the service. For a loyal customer of over two years this has been an extremely disappointing end to what was a productive business relationship. Charlotte is now attempting to charge me multiple late fees for the disputed invoice until I pay. Her late fees are not pursuant to any contract between us and the fees would be illegal under Florida state law regardless due to their egregious size. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. In summary, this used to be a worthwhile service, however you can get better cleaning at a better price elsewhere with less of a headache. I do not recommend the service based on my experience."

"I am extremely happy with Cleaning Genie! Charlotte worked with me to fit me in during my limited availability. The ladies were incredibly detail oriented and cleaned places I would have never expected them to (e.g., my toaster and small appliances, the seams of my baseboards). I have a skittish dog, and they were great with him and minimized his stress of having strangers in the home. I'm grateful for their work and recommend Cleaning Genie to anybody looking for awesome service!"

A partner and I run a chiropractic office, two men, we are both very busy and while we tidy up after ourselves we were having a problem with our dust bunny population. I contacted Cleaning Genie to get a deep clean of our facility and I was left completely impressed. The work they did was tremendous. It looked like a brand new office. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their commercial or residential cleaning needs."
