"Absolute ripoff. I dropped off my t-shirts, socks, underwear and a cheap Walmart sweatshirt to get washed. The lady at the counter didn’t speak a lick of english, but with hand and arm signals I thought she understood that all I wanted is to get the clothes washed and folded. When I came back to pick them up, she had dry cleaned my entire laundry to include my socks. I was charged $69.31 for clothes worth less than $40. If she pretended that she didn’t understand english, then her behavior is criminal at best and if in fact she doesn’t understand english then she shouldn’t be unsupervised. Will never visit again."
