"They are a SCAM! We are in the process of taking them to court and already have the BBB investigating them! We hired them to DETAIL DEEP CLEAN and SANITATION CLEAN so my wife could finally come home to be with the family after my wife's kidney cancer surgery. she ha been with my parents since she was discharged from the hospital because myself and kids were all very sick. I needed the entire main level to be cleaned 1600sqft. So she could home safely. Not only did they NOT clean for us but they charged us $513 the rate to clean 2500 sq ft. and it was only 1600 sq feet. They sent 2 different guys, very unprofessional looking to the house to basically sit and play on their phones until they decided to leave. It's like they saw that my house already looked clean and decided to use it to their advantage and not clean it all. First guy came and played on his phone while pretend cleaning with a dirty rag.When we called to complain they sent him back and he came back for 20min wiped out the bathroom sinks and just left. The 2nd guy came and said he was told to do a few items real quick and told me he is not certified to sanitize.... it is humanly impossible to detail deep clean and sanitize my upstairs 1600 sq feet during the allotted time these guys were here! Plus we have hardwood floors through out the main level and that alone is at least an hour to detail clean, plus 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 hallways, full kitchen, dining room & laundry room! Please do NOT use this company! My wife should've been able to come home and relax in a nice clean sanitized home after being in the hospital for a very important life changing surgery but instead, her and myself had to detail clean and sanitize the whole house ourselves and she got a respiratory infection after having major surgery. The blocked us and kept our money. It was absolutely awful! Please share my post and get the word out about this company. Please do not use them. The guys they sent also were very unprofessional and were so rude to my kids. Like it was an Inconvenience to be there. "

"My son was scammed by this company. First they showed up a day and a half after the scheduled time after being paid up front through Zell! The girl who came was did not know what she was supposed to do for a “deep clean.” and only finished 2 bedrooms and 1 bath before she left and said she would come back the next day to finish She never came back! After requesting a refund, which the company said he didn’t qualify for and after he wrote about his experience with them on their Facebook page they (took town his posts) sent 2 people to his house. One stayed inside the car and the other still did NOT finish cleaning the house! If you take a chance on this company at least use a credit card that will get your money back after you find out it’s all a scam!"

"Did an excellent and thorough job! Brought own cleaning supplies and made it smell like a new house. Very professional. Communication was very good making the booking, confirmation, and reminders of the appointment. Other places I tried got back to me days later after having to leave a message. This company made it easy to get the job done!"

"I called Insider disinfecting because I needed help cleaning my house. They are very easy to communicate with. Scheduling was fast and easy, and so was the cleaning. The cleaner showed up on time. She was respectful and professional. She responded to my needs as well as worked efficiently and independently. I was so happy with the results, I felt unashamed about inviting guests over immediately. If you want a trustworthy company with great employees, I recommend Insider Disinfecting."

"Poor quality and incredibly unprofessional. They charged me extra for my carpets to be deep shampooed and cleaned but they did not do that. I realized that they didn’t clean my carpet after I vacuumed my carpet myself and the amount dirty that accumulated in my machine was substantial, indicating that it wasn’t properly cleaned, let alone shampooed and deep cleaned. When I tried to explain myself, Shayan (the guy who will contact you for the business) yelled at me and never apologized for yelling at me. He stated that “he was explaining how this work.” After I asked for a refund, he informed me he needed to talk to the manager and get back to me. I waited approximately 3.5-4 weeks but didn’t contact me back. I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality of business and professionalism of the service. Update to my review: Shayan contacted me after I left this review offering me a free standard cleaning service (I had gotten a deep cleaning service before) and asking me to delete my review. He seemed to be more invested in convincing me to delete my review rather than providing a decent service. He claims that his manager called me with a 800 number (didn’t tell me the exact phone number, which is a red flag, and I don’t answer any 800 numbers) but when I had asked for a refund, he told me he would call me back. Even if the manager called me and couldn’t contact me, he also didn’t bother reaching out to me (he has my phone number, of course). Overall, I received a poor service, did not get a refund, and he never apologized for his unprofessional behavior even after everything (for yelling at me and never reaching out to me until I left a review). FYI, I’m attaching the pictures of my vacuum cleaner and carpet cleaner’s water tank after I cleaned it myself."
