"They were 30 minutes late, didn't finish on time AND charged me an extra $40 for an extra 30 min to finish their original task. Then I get home to check and find out that they left my windows open, lights on, and they barely even got everything. It was supposed to be a deep clean..... Not worth the price. Not recommending. And definitely not using y'all again."

"This service is acceptable if you have an air bnb or similar rental property for just a light cleaning. If you are looking for good deep cleaning look else where."

"First of all, i booked cleaning for a certain hour and cleaners turned up more than 2 hours late. Not great. The team i requested wasn’t available (and the office forgot or was too lazy to let me know so they decided to send another team). This is where the horror started. The two ladies together spoke or understood as much english as i do speak chinese. I tried to explain basics but they didn’t not understand a single word of english. Great, considering we are in the USA. One of the cleaners thought this was her home since she came in with her absolutely disgusting dirty trainers. Not just she walked all over my expensive white carpet, she also left black shoe smears all over the wooden floors. I spent around 3 hours on my knees removing them. Cleaners also “wondered” in my closet, after I told them not to go there! Now to the actual cleaning. I think a 10 years old would probably do a better job than those two. I didn’t exactly get if this whole experience was a joke or if this is the standard they provide? I called multiple times to try reach the office for help. One of the spanish speaking ladies i spoke to was so rude and hang up on me. Eventually i got hold of a (what i believe is)a manager who was understanding and helpful. He said they would refund me. After checking my bank statement, I realized they charged me twice instead. Another 5 phone calls later, they refunded the extra charge but I’m still waiting to be refunded for the initial charge. This whole experience is a joke. This company shouldn’t have their license as they are pranking people, lying about their quality services. Instead they come and ruin your house!"

"We used signature maids 5 times to clean our condo. We loved the way our place looked the first two times. Unfortunately the last three times, we came home surprised to see how poorly they cleaned our place. Team 11 was the worst by far, i don’t really see what they did here for 2 hours. Shower was dirty, dust everywhere, fingerprints etc. We paid extra for deep cleaning but instead we got no cleaning. We will not be using signature maids again"
