"Took my brand new comforter to get dry cleaned. It was the first time taking it anywhere. Just purchased the comforter. It came back smaller, does not fit my bed the same. It obviously shrunk so it was obviously not dry cleaned as required. The texture of the comforter also changed on the outside. Not sure what happened when we specifically requested dry cleaning and it is also stated on the label dry clean only. Now my brand new comforter is ruined."
