"Terrible experiences. I found this place after my normal dry cleaners closed down. Way more expensive at westside cleaners but I don't mind paying extra for quality. In terms of dry cleaning I have no complaints, nothing amazing but they do the job. The treatment of customers is the problem. There is a woman who works there with a thick accent that multiple times I've seen her to be incredibly rude and condescending to her coworkers and customers alike. She is actually mentioned in multiple reviews. Well a few months back they apparently did not give me all my clothes when I picked them up but did not let me know that. I get a large amount of clothes dry cleaned at once so being short a few shirts would not jump out at me. So I get a call from the heavy accent woman telling me I have dry cleaning to pick up and I was a little confused that they were telling me 3 months later. I said no problem, I'll pick them up as soon as I can. She responded in such a nasty voice saying I need to pick them up immediately because they have a 30 day hold policy. I could not believe that I was being talked to that way, especially after they never informed me that I was missing shirts but now I'm being threatened with this policy. I told her that was incredibly unacceptable and unprofessional to talk to me that way and she hung up on me. I called back and another person picked up and was incredibly apologetic. According to her they were supposed to text me but for whatever reason it did not happen. Not telling me I was missing shirts until months later did not bother me, stuff happens and I have more than enough shirts, but the nastiness and threats they came from that woman was incredible. I will never go back, that woman does not know how to treat customers and based on the other reviews I cannot believe she remains employed there."

"IBEWARE. I took a plain sleeveless short summer dress to this cleaners. Although white, it had no ornamentation whatsoever, not even a button, and it’s not silk or any kind of fragile fabric. I was charged $44 to clean it, and they didn’t even remove the stain! Not only that, when I picked it up the staff was no help, accused me of speaking rudely. I never raised my voice but did express my disbelief and annoyance that they made no adjustment. They said I’d probably have been charged more if they’d realized it was partially lined. Beware"

"Beware! Do not bring your clothes here. I brought my work clothes (needed for a trip) here last year when they changed ownership. They lost my items and couldn’t find them for 2 weeks and never found an expensive pair of suit pant. I have been back to the location 7 times to speak with the owner, left my info and have never received a response. My suit pants were never found. While I was there, several other people were there also looking for lost items. It’s unacceptable."

"The best and highest quality service in Palm Beach County! Corrine is super friendly and attentive and I am glad Westside Cleaners is there for me when I need them. My suits have never looked so good! Thanks Corrine!"

"The Good: They got my clothes done in a rush while visiting from Texas and were very accommodating. The service was excellent, as was the whole staff! If I need dry cleaning done while visiting this area of Florida I will definitely be returning! The Bad: They don’t have 1 hour rush cleaning. But their service more than makes up for that. The Ugly: It’s a bit difficult to find it in the plaza. The proprietary van by the street gives you a hint, but other than that it’s a hunt. The sign on the building is broken and only says “Cleaners”, so that’s something to keep an eye out for. Maybe a sign pointing to the cleaners from the main entrance would be helpful for potential clients?"
