"ProClean responded quickly to my inquiry, researched the project and sent a bid to accept. All good.... and they scheduled the project for about 10 days later. On time and on schedule, Jake came out and walked me through the project and immediately got started. Before applying the sealer he showed my areas where a prior contractor who had stripped the pavers and sealed them four years ago did not perform an expert job. The good news is those areas were small and but scattered around the pavers I have. and that I would need to have someone comeback later to repair the areas that needed to be properly stripped. He wanted me to know before he put the sealer on that the project would not be perfect but look great. Jake is a perfectionist! The end result is that the pavers have never looked better since they were originally installed! The small areas that need attention are hardly noticeable unless you look closely. I will definitely have Jake and ProClean back..... and the next time I want upgrade the project to add having the sanding applied! Great job!!!!"
