"I dropped off three shirts last Friday to be clean. And ethnic gentleman helped me. I asked for a receipt for the clothes and he refused to give it to me. We started to argue and then the owner walked in from the back and he quickly shove the receipt in my hand, I picked up the clothes yesterday and the same person help me. I said you’re the guy that wouldn’t give me the receipt. He replied it’s no big deal. Well actually it is you were rude to a customer. I gave this guy a chance to apologize and he didn’t, I’m sick and tired of rude employees. The cleaning was excellent but the gentleman at the front has no clue what Customer Service is and how to implement it."

"My favorite dry cleaners and go to for all my dry cleaning needs. The owner Tommy is very personable and knowledgeable regarding his trade, the business has grown quite a bit over the years but yet they still continue to maintain the customized level of experience you would expect from a small business. I take my suits and dress shirts and my wife's dresses there all the time, they're always fast and reasonably priced and of course do a great job. I highly recommend them for all your dry cleaning and alteration needs. They're also help with permanent preservation of a wedding dress and put it into a nice display box which I had done for my wife's when we got married 10 years ago and it still looks great. I highly recommend them for all of your dry cleaning needs!"
