"Such a great experience! This was our first time ever having a cleaning service and we were absolutely delighted. From the inquiry through the cleaning customer service was top notch. The manager Crystal was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. She even stopped by to check-in to see how things were going. Jolanda was fantastic, things were cleaned extremely well and she even straightened some cluttered items on counters/desks. She was very polite and besides hearing a vacuum didn’t even know she was there. I would highly recommend using Cottage Care for any cleaning needs, we knew right away and already scheduled routine service!"
