"Have used this cleaner for years. I’ve used drop off and home delivery service. Very good service and easy. The last few times I have sent my husband’s dress shirts they have come back with cracked buttons or a missing button. In the past these would always have been repaired or replaced. Maybe it’s become too automated that small details are getting missed."

We had another performance 2 days later and Lori was so sweet, accommodating and helpful. Our uniforms got dried and then cleaned in under 24 hours and they even delivered them to our hotel. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service and professionalism. I wish I could give them more stars!"
"Revising this review. Showed up to pick up the rest of my dry cleaning and the doors were locked! Second time! Called. Clerk tried to offer changing to Winter Park location. She told me the manager would call. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call! BEWARE!!!! They don’t care. It’s now 5:33 and no manager called. I will pick up the rest of the order tomorrow and not darken their door again."
