"Nice guy but lacks attention detail. Gave him three opportunities to get the clothing right. Received my slacks back with the pockets pressed open and three creases in my dress shirts sleeves. Requested starch multiple times and it never happened. Takes one week to get your clothes back. Wouldn’t recommend this cleaners."

"I just left Society Cleaners in Longwood Florida. I knitted a large, wool, intricately pattered shawl that took nearly two years to complete. The shawl is completely ruined, it appears to have been washed in hot water and dried. It has shrunken by half in length. They called me a liar, said they didn’t do it and refused to apologize or offer any compensation. Do not go to this cleaners."
