"Paid for color matching for a couple tiles we had replaced and the color was so far off it elicited laughter as a first response from my wife. When tech left he said it was still wet and would dry… on top of this there are multiple grout spots throughout the room that are discolored. All of this from “We are Orlando's leading travertine, marble, Mexican tile , ceramic, porcelain and terrazzo floor care specialist.” Will update review pending corrective action. Update: a different tech was sent out to address the issue. He was thorough and the grout is now much closer to a match. Although this shouldn’t have been needed I appreciate the prompt corrective action."

"Let me start by saying that I did not want this service. I was uninterested in having anyone come out to polish and seal our marble floor; it seemed like a waste of money. I was wrong! My floors look amazing! I also want to stress the professional service and respect that I was given as a customer. They emailed us a week before to see if we needed to reschedule; we didn't, so then they sent us a confirmation call the day before. Our technician, I can't remember his name, was very professional and answered all my questions. I also received an email asking about our satisfaction with their service and a thank-you card! I can't remember the last time a company did excellent work, communicated well, and was appreciative of business. I wish I could hire them to do all my projects!"

"100% recommend this company. They cleaned, fixed, sealed and finished the Spanish tile in our house. The quality of their work was outstanding, but most importantly their professionalism and friendliness was the best I have experienced in a long time. They were quick to answer the phone or return my calls or emails, they kept me updated and most importantly, they were on time and showed up when they said they would be there. I dealt with Rachel at their office who was great. Victor and Michael came to the house to do the work and were also outstanding. "From the beginning of my inquiry with Clean Image, The entire Team was wonderful, extremely helpful and very professional. I used Clean Image to seal my new "travertine' pool deck. Carl walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had and even then some. Rachel at the office is very patient and has great customer service acumen! She is also very knowledgeable about the services offered and empowered to ensure customers’ needs are addressed. The company was very responsive at every step including providing the quote, to providing videos and information on their product and services. On the day of the appointment, they called and texted when they were in route and the arrived promptly. A crew of 3 arrived, including the owner, Carl-I was very impressed by this. Before they began, they evaluated the decking and provided feedback on the stone and again walked me through the process. They got started right away and worked non-stop to get the job finished. Unfortunately, they were faced with several obstacles, Thunderstorms looked to be rooling in earlier than forecasted, implicitly stated in the contract not to do was to schedule landscapers, not only did they show up and start cutting grass around the pool, the also, they were throwing mulch all around the pool enclosure causing complications. The Clean Image Team managed and overcame all over these issues. The end result of the service and product was simply amazing! Not only did Carl provide his scientific (I think he truly is a Rock Scientist) opinion that the stone is likely not travertine and more closer to granite with a fired finished or better. Regardless, they created an outdoor living area that is stunning and we can't thank them enough! About 3-4 weeks after they completed the job, there was some remanence of the sealer on the cooping tile that my pool service company had attempted to remove , however they were unsuccessful. So, I reached out to Clean Image, within 2 days Josh came out and meticulously scrapped off the tiles to ensure there was nothing remaining. He also touched up some of the boarder edge around the outside of the enclosure. AMAZING!!! Thanks to the Entire Team at Clean Image for everything!! Scott K (Ormond Beach)"

"This company did a wonderful job in restoring my terrazzo floors. When I purchased my home, it had peel & stick vinyl throughout the floors. The glue had stained the terazzo and the glue was difficult to remove. Clean Image of Orlando, did an amazing job with the stains and the end result of my floors. I couldn't be happier. They were extremely professional, prompt, and delivered on their promises. An extra plus, they were very reasonably priced. Priced well and great quality. Highly recommended."
