This place is open 24-7 so dropping off and picking up is very convenient. There are lockers available for bulky items. If there is something this place needs, it would be more places to hang clothing items (for high number pickup that require multiple trips to the vehicle)."

"I didn’t listen when others cautioned and wanted to form my own opinion. That, was a mistake. Hopefully my review will save some from a complete headache. I am a Flight Attendant. Every year, we get new uniform pieces that inevitably, require alterations. After receiving my pieces almost 7 days after they were said to be ready, one alteration was done so carelessly that I actually refused to pay for it, which I rarely do. I went through an embarrassing half hour of arguing this bc the manager (who could only be reached by phone and refused to speak with me directly) would not give approval. I was then also charged for the dry cleaning of the pieces of which I had specifically said not to do when I dropped them off. I was told that they would not refund this charge until they could review the video when I dropped them off- I guess to confirm that I was not the liar they were suggesting I was. When they saw on video that I in fact, was not a liar- they agreed to refund the money. Well, I’ll tell you, 3 weeks later I have not received a refund for this and have been given the run around from Jen, the “manager” that my “card number didn’t process” to “we’ll send a check in the mail”… Last update- no check- and now I can’t even get a return phone call… Not for nothing- but the lack of customer service skills from the “manager” as well as her attitude of “you’re a complete bother” we’re not lost on me. Hangers Dry Cleaners, you could have done better and had an ally in an industry that gets alterations done each year and always rely on each other for good referrals. Now, with the hundreds of Flight Attendants I work with, it will now be quite the opposite. It didn’t have to be this way- all over $29."
