From start to finish, the entire interaction reeked of dishonesty and deception. First and foremost, their initial quote for AC repair was suspiciously low, which should have been a red flag. Once they started the work, they conveniently "discovered" a plethora of additional problems that needed immediate attention, all of which came with exorbitant price tags. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Furthermore, their so-called "professional" technicians lacked the expertise and professionalism one would expect. The repairs were shoddy at best, and I found myself needing to call in another reputable company to fix the mess left behind by Parker Services. When I attempted to address my concerns with them, they were dismissive and unresponsive. It was clear that they had no intention of standing behind their work or addressing customer grievances. I strongly advise anyone in need of AC services to steer clear of Parker Services and their company. They are nothing more than a scam artist preying on unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by seeking out a reputable and trustworthy AC service provider instead."
