They have very little integrity and can't be trusted to make a simple phone call when agreed upon. They sent a text instead of calling and said they would call before 5pm on 25 January. They never called and based on prior reviews this type of untrustworthiness has happened numerous times."

Called again to say wasn’t going to make it and could be here the next day 8-9. That time didn’t work for me as I had movers scheduled. I was then told he would call to either work me in or reschedule…. It’s been 3 days, nothing!! I was trying not to use the big names but … now I’m skeptical of anything less."
