"This is a very mixed review as I was very happy then not happy! The day I dropped off two shirts to be cleaned, the lady (did not get name) was very friendly and explained a couple different things about what could be done with each men's shirt. She said they would be ready to pick up on Wednesday after 4 and gave me an idea of what the shirts would cost. (I wanted to bring cash as I know businesses have to pay fees on debit/credit card transactions.) This location is out of my way and it is not in my normal travels, but I had the shirts in my car and needed to get them cleaned. I arrived Wednesday to pick up the order and a different lady that was working (again, I didn't get the name) and said that the owner called and my shirts were not ready. Um.... could anyone have called me to tell me they wouldn't be ready? I left and went back the next day to pick them up and the price was almost double what the first lady told me. The shirts were crisp and look great, but I can't decide whether to go back or not. A simple call saying my shirts were not ready would have been a common courtesy."
