"Used Tom Wright in June, did a good job cleaning the ducts throughout the house. The previous homeowner was a smoker, so the ducts were really bad. He said after we moved in, we were to call him and he would put a sanitizing machine in the house for a few hours to freshen it up even further. We have called him many times since leaving messages trying to get him scheduled to do that and to do a duct that he missed in the pantry. He never returns the call. Only one time, did we call and he actually answered and we settled on a day/time for him to come over, he never showed up. It is strange. I would not recommend him."
