"I brought my wedding dress and my husband’s tux for dry cleaning and they did a good job cleaning all of our items. However, I paid extra for preservation of my dress and I am a bit disappointed by the display of my dress. I have seen family members and friends get their dress preserved and the dress is displayed in a beautiful way so that it stays in one place. My dress is on a cardboard manikin how they usually are, but is not secured to the box in anyway and the box is very large, so the whole thing shifts around and is not displayed nicely. This defeats the purpose of a display box. The manikin is also pulling the fabric in an unnatural way so the dress is not sitting how it should be. A bit disappointed for the price I paid as I have seen cheaper preservations with a sturdier display."

"This was our first visit and it’s was very nice. The people are very nice and the work was done a day early! They do text when it’s ready so there’s no questioning when your clothes are ready. We had a couple of shirts laundered and a wool winter coat cleaned. Prices are reasonable and would definitely go back."
