"This place is disgusting. Dirty & many machines out of service. Was told by locals that "homeless" people have come in at night & destroyed machines, toilets, etc. The women's toilet was completely perked out of floor & men's toilet filthy. The only active laundry mat in Chiefland, a disgrace."

"Normally, I don't give this kind of review, but in this case, I think I should. Sadly, this place should be torn down and newly built! It has been neglected for a long time. The floors were filthy, windows so streaked you can hardly see through them. All the machines are antiquated and nasty. The seats they provide should have been tossed in the dumpster. The faux leather has been torn off for ages but still in use. The pop machine was destroyed and had yellow caution tape attached to it. The owner should be ashamed for not keeping up with this establishment! Shame on you! Will never return and would NOT recommend it to anyone!"

"This place was dirty & and nasty, and the floors had trash everywhere. The machines were very slow to fill, and one of the machines stopped before ever completing the cycle. There was an attendant there, I never seen her do anything to clean the place. They must have the heat on the dryers turned down because it took forever and a small fortune to dry a small load of laundry. This will be my last time going to this place."
