"Been using them for years. Staff very friendly. Have to clean and press white shirts for work. I pay this cleaner to clean and press my uniform shirts. My shirts get ring around the collar/grey and brown stains on the collars. I began to notice that the shirts were coming back with the same stains that they had when I dropped th off. I also checked the pressing and noticed that the collar button area was flat and deformed. The pockets were like cottage cheese and the rest of the shirts were wrinkled as well. So, I was paying them to clean my shirts and to press them so I could wear them to work. I began to iron them myself and decided the stains were too dark to wear to work so I simply sprayed the collars with Shout and washed the shirts in Tide liquid. That cleaned the collars and within two washes they returned to bright white. So whatever this cleaner was going was not cleaning the shirts. I suspect they've even either removed their soap all together or changed brands/reduced soap amounts to the point that it has no effect. The shirts were coming back just as dirty as when I dropped them off. The pressing service was not effective either. They probably press them well but don't ensure they arrive at the store in good shape. They don't use collar form keepers like at least one Atlanta dry cleaner that I'd used before and I know they pack them in so tightly in their delivery trucks that they squeeze freshly pressed shirts and probably just cancel any work they just did so the shirts arrive flat and wrinkled at the store. I finally had to stop paying for this service because I was paying for cleaning and pressing and the shirts were coming back just as dirty and in no shape to wear to work. If you are paying for cleaning and pressing you better check the stains and pressing results. Your shirts are not being cleaned and your shirts are not arriving pressed and pristine as they should be. They need better soap/mixture ratios; they need shirt collar cardboard form retention keepers; and when they are clean and pressed, they can't be squeezed into a small van with 10,000 other shirts. Incompetent work. Just couldn't pay them any more and I have to do it myself now. Sound familiar with everything else we are seeing from this generation?"

"The company that is used to preserve wedding dresses did a wonderful job. My dress had some pretty decent stains and lots of beads. The dress has to remain in the box to stay preserved, but the portion of the dress and veil that can be seen through the clear plastic window is beautiful. The company did a wonderful job displaying them."
