"Lovely store with a great selection of merchandise, ruined by a rude, unprofessional cashier at the front desk who will leer at you, follow you around, repeatedly ask you whether you’re done and try her best to make you uncomfortable. "Today August 2,2021 I took my four years old daughter to have her ears pierced. the person who was on shift totally Miss calculate the piercing, after I told her several times that it was not in the correct spot she kept telling me not to worry that it was fine. I ended up taking my daughter to a different place where they fix it and they did put it on the right spot, this is totally unacceptable for a customer to go in and trust a place where they clearly have no clue of what they’re doing that is horrible I will never ever recommend no one to take their Kids or yourself to get ears pierced"
"Dang, I wish I could remember her name, she was all by herself, doing her job, taking new items out of the box & put prices on everything & of course I had lots of questions. Anyway LOTS of great things in the fashionable faux ROSE GOLD, which my daughter loves but the young professional acted like she was glad to help us, she even pierced Bob the Bears ears!"
"Had a great experience at this location today! Got to the store about 30 mins before closing on a BUSY tax-free Saturday night to get my daughter's ears pierced. Eva was absolutely amazing and had no problems at all stopping what she was doing to take care of us!! She did an awesome job piercing and was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining all of the aftercare instructions!"
