"Takes forever to pick up groceries when you order ahead. It doesn’t appear that the employees follow the queue when people check in for grocery pickup. This is the 4th time in the last 2 months where I’ve waited for over an hour after they said they were ready."

"Was told 15 minutes. Had to wait 40 minutes for 1 medication, 7 day supply. They couldn't get my insurance info even though I use Walmart at home in PA and I had to pay out of pocket. Very slow service and people were too busy tapping at each other instead of doing their jobs. Very Dissappointing."

"I have to agree with some reviewers. I have been here 3 times. Long wait. The only lady they have in the front is super slow. I don't get it why they don't have enough people. The Walmart on Big Bend is smaller and they usually have 4 people working and 2 in the front. This one only one and it seems they put the slowest person in the front. I just saw somebody leaving she got tired of waiting."
