"I was in there right before closing time because I misplaced my insulin and was worried about not having it for a day (being type 1 diabetic it can get dangerous fast without it). I had recently switched over to the Walmart brand because I no longer have insurance and the price is much better. I wasn’t sure of the exact name of the insulin because it was new to me but I had a copy that I had brought to the Walmart closer to my house prior to ensure I bought the right one. After speaking to the clerk at the desk I asked to speak to the pharmacist to make sure I purchased the correct insulin. He was absolutely no help, he printed out a data sheet and handed it to me like anyone would understand it. The clerk that was working did try to help but was confused on the printout as well. I asked about him helping me understand which one was the correct one for me but he didn’t want to help. I grabbed his card before I left and asked the clerk if it was his card before leaving because I wanted to ensure I spoke correctly on who was putting my life in danger tonight. Dr. Samuel Schenker you should be ashamed of yourself. You had a few questions to answer to help a diabetic out with meds that keep in alive. I am going to screenshot this comment and share it as much as I can because you are in fact the problem with medicine today. Thanks for nothing and hopefully I find my insulin when I get home."

"I work at a doctors office and never in my life as working as a MA have I ever ran into such a rude group of pharmacists (sam)and techs. Multiple patients in our clinic have the hardest time getting their Rx filled at this location and when our office calls they are rude and our patients are forced to go to another location to have their medications filled. This is the only Walmart location that this problems occurs. When I called to ask for a pharmacist name they refused to give it to me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and our office will be reporting this pharmacist and location. DO yourself a favor and go to the coachman or highland locations where they actually care about the patients."

"I originally gave them one star roughly 2 years ago. My original review is below but I felt that it was worth updating to 4 stars because I've seen a major improvement overall since my original review. They must have tossed the bad apples. The current staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There's still a bit of wait especially during normal busy times but they now take the time to acknowledge each customer. Thanks for the improvements! Original review: Worst customer service ever. They act like it's a MAJOR inconvenience to fill a prescription. It's obvious that they hate their jobs but they shouldn't take it out on the customer."
