"Luis was very professional and was able to narrow in what I was looking for even as my mind was a bit scattered. He was very patient with my anxious rambling as this was my first tattoo. For a first time experience, the pain was probably a four or five out of 10 but Luis provided a 10 out of 10 in service and product. So far so good and if I decide to get more I'm sure I will be returning!"
