"Best Ulta I’ve been to. As a guy in a store like this I can get lost. The service here was amazing. Thank you to Andrea for helping me check out the men’s and women’s colognes / perfumes. She was patient with me and answered all my questions.Thank you to Cattera for helping me looking all over the store for the Nemat Vanilla scent. Every bin was empty and she checked 5 or 6 spots for me. It looked like all were sold out but she was able to find it for me. Great service!"

"I visited this Ulta today, and had such a lovely experience. The store was incredibly busy, as it was a Saturday, I was nervous at first as I am a very anxious person who does not do well with crowds and always feel as if I’m bothering the staff when asking questions but the staff at this Ulta were absolutely amazing. I was helped in fragrance right away, I forgot the lovely woman’s name but honestly the whole store’s staff were phenomenal I cannot stress this enough. As I said it was super busy, however Sam was more than happy to help color match not only myself but my daughter as well. She was amazing, listened to our wants from products and was able to select products that matched perfectly and ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for, she also let us know we could leave the products we no longer wanted there with her and she would put them back! Ally was amazing as well, funny enough I thought my daughter was standing next to me and started asking (to whom I thought was my daughter) “what is the difference between these two eyebrow pencils”, I felt rather embarrassed turning around to see my daughter had ventured off but Ally started a conversation with me right away and answered the question. I thought that was really sweet, she did not have to respond at all, just another point to prove how amazing this staff is. Absolutely everyone was knowledgeable and helpful! The line was long, however it went super quick as everyone at checkout were rockstars! 10/10 experience! I just wish I remembered more of the names of the staff who all helped us out, all were quick to offer suggestions, all were incredibly kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and caring! Thank you!"

"Dealing with the cashiers is a nightmare if you want to pay in cash. If was told they had no change to give me besides pennies so I offered to give the girl .38 cents so she could just give me a whole dollar. This went above her head completely and on top of it she was rude. After she broke out a calculator and still couldn’t figure it out, a manager helped her. Since this is not the first time I have had to deal with rude people , it contacted Ulta . The manager reached out to me and her only concern was if I got my change. She didn’t care that I was treated rudely . It’s also scary you have a cashier that can’t add a dollar in her head . I won’t be back, I’m done"

"Salon Review: I love coming here to get my hair cut. Casey is amazing. She gives a great cut, and gets me in and out in about an hour, which is great because I usually go on my lunch break. I always leave her chair feeling light and airy :) Thanks Casey!!"
