"I been here a million times but today, I had to pay out of my pocket for a fee for paperwork. It was only ten dollars but it seems sketchy. The lady at the company said she doesn’t get paid for that and i’m really blowed cause this has never happened to me. Also, I came here last year and my nose piercing was $30 and it went up to $50? In a matter of months?? I could have went elsewhere and paid half the price. The piercer did a fabulous job but my only complaint was the price for paperwork that I had to cash app. My sons’ ear was 30 and I could have also got that for half the price. Seems sketchy to me."

"Today I visited the store as a walk in. When I was there I talked to a guy who I thought was the front desk and I showed him what I wanted to do. He told me that the “artist” was with a client and that in 1 hour or 1 and a half she would be ready for me. I asked him if she could make an appointment for me and he notified me that it was not necessary because she already knew that we were next. The same guy suggested that we go to eat and be back at the agreed time. When we arrived, the “artist” told us that she was going to see what she could do because she had taken a walk in and that we could not leave the building to secure the space, something they never told us. The “artist” is irresponsible and have a nasty attitude when it comes to talking to clients… I understand why she didn't have any scheduled appointments (she was just taking walk ins) but she only took walk ins because she is a person you can't trust. Thank you Caitlyn with C for wasting my time, you deserve what you have .l."

"Well, it’s official! Finally got my first tattoo! Anna was my Artist and did an amazing job!! She educated me what to expect before and after we finished. My daughter referred Anna to me. Btw, not sure about the other post, regarding the store dirty and rats lol. The place was extremely clean and was being cleaned as I was there. Thanks Anna!"
