"The young woman that works the desk is terrible, the one with purple hair and glasses. All three times we came in for my child's ear piercing and follow-up she was the rudest person I have ever met. Very antagonistic. The piercer was awesome, kind and professional, but for the amount you pay to come here, not worth being treated so bad right when you walk in. I am certain you could find a better place with nicer staff."

"Im looking for a good and nice vibe tattoo place and the first thing I was expecting was a warm welcome instead I receive an uncomfortable welcome I felt like and outsider for the front desk lady. First thing she tells me is we do American style artwork only but open for custom I show her my tattoos and she tells me that an amateur and a kid could do that… I recommend that she should learn how to treat customers a little better… they lost me as a first time customer because my tattoos were amateur and kid drawings."

"My daughter wanted to get her second hole in her ears pierced. Amanda and Cat tandem pierced her ears so it could be done at the same time. I cannot recommend the both of them enough. Amanda did the most thorough consultation and when we came back for the piercing the both of them were so friendly with my daughter. They kept her so calm and relaxed and helped her work through her nerves. The experience was great from the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left. We will never go anywhere else."
