Both scripts were missing info, she called the doctors, got the information, and they were filled within 2 hours. She also called me to let me know! Great experience."

"I called the Debary pharmacy regarding a refill. I spoke to a pharmacy tech Jennifer at the Deberry Walmart pharmacy. Help me get missing information on the RX verified with my primary care but she also helped me save money on a medication that was very expensive. Many times patients go without medications because they cannot afford them. This may have been the case for me if it wasn't for Jennifer. I have never had someone go out of their way the way she did for me today. Friendly and did not seem bothered to help me. "Stopped in to pick up pain meds for my mom post surgery. The script from the surgeon was incorrect and the pharmacist, Linda I think, was incredible. She called so many different numbers and even faxed the hospital to get the prescription right. Even after I left and told her I would come back the next day, she kept working it relentlessly. When I returned for pick up, she took the time to really explain everything to me including giving me any additional information she could specific to my mothers surgery and recovery. I am so grateful for the extra time she took with me and for my mom, and for the patience she had during a stressful situation like this one."

"Horrible ! Never again !The manager Linda is a disaster, completely lazy. I bring my prescription and the store close one hour later , no one waiting or on Line. And she said I’m to busy , is not going be ready today. I went one week later and she said she can’t give my prescription because expire. Very irresponsible no explain to the customer about that can Happen. Now because this irresponsible person no said nothing about from the beginning I need wait one month for me get app with the doctor and get a new prescription. Horrible customer service. I never had that kind of experience in any other Walmart pharmacy. She is lazy and she don’t should be there ."
