"Friendly and helpful. When my insurance wouldn’t cover a medication in pill form only capsule form they tried their best to get urgent care to get a new prescription. Ended had to go to different urgent care and prescription was ready when we got there."

"If there were zero stars they would get negative stars! The staff of this pharmacy are rude, inconsiderate and lack compassion. You have to explain exactly why you are getting a prescription or they refuse to fill it, even if there is no other medication taken. When you tell them once it isn't good enough you have to repeat yourself in public for all to hear. Furthermore, being told 30 minutes for a medication and 6 hours later it isn't ready is absurd! I highly recommend Walgreens or CVS over these idiots!"

"What I had to deal with recently was just beyond atrocious. My son's doctor sent a prescription. I call in to find out that me and the doctor need to sign a form to approve it. Ok sure no problem except when I tried to ask questions to simply understand/clear it up. The pharmacist hung up on me. Hm ok. Called doctor, they sent forms, walmart claimed they didn't get it. Called doctor again, forms resent. I gave it I think it was 2 days. Called, gentleman on phone said they had it. Great! I went in the next day. Sat there for 20 minutes while they searched for it to say they don't have it/didn't receive it. The doctors office even called them after the wonderful lady made sure and watched the fax go through. My doctor was also told that walmart received it before I showed up. 2 weeks of this nonsense. We got our medication at another pharmacy and we got it immediately. I will add that there was 2 ladies at the pharmacy who when I got to talk to them were EXTREMELTY nice. So it's not all of them. But for the most part this whole experience was ridiculous."
