"Will in the back cut my first born three year olds hair. I didn’t know that if the clippers are not cleaned then they might catch the skin while cutting. I kept telling my son to sit still. I felt so bad when I got home and seen his head had lil scrapes around the tape line."

"Supposedly they were open until 6 pm. I arrived at 435 pm to a locked door. I knocked and waited for 5 minutes. Called the business number. A gentleman said they were open and I stated I was outfront. He asked if the lights were on and I stated they were. He said someone will be there ill send a text. Ok understandable if there's only 1 barber. I waited at the door another 10 minutes then went back to my car to sit in the AC. I waited yet another 15 minutes. In that time, 2 people tried to enter the locked door. I decided I wasted enough time and went to another barber shop. I pride myself in fair reviews and being locked out of a business during business hours is pretty bad."

"Again an update: These have gotten much better and are now our preferred barbers. Keith is the most experienced but also the most expensive. Schedule with him particularly if it's really important that you look your best for a date or job interview. ============================= My young son and I waited 1& 1/2 hours for haircuts and were not able to get one. We called earlier in the morning and were told no appointments were taken; it was 1st come and 1st served. Yet certain customers were able to saunter in and get haircuts immediately. They arrived after we were waiting and were seen almost immediately. Also there were roughly about the same number of barbers as customers. Some of the haircuts were taking over an hour! In the past we'd get our haircuts in 15minutes. But they now have barbers who are spending an hour per customer. We used to use them regularly but we won't be back. ----------------------------------------------- late addition I called Monday to ask them about what happened. The owner or manager, I think it's Floyd, is visting the Dominican Republic and is not there. I think this explains the variable service and reviews that they've been getting. Sometimes superb and sometimes awful."
